• Cancellations under twenty-four hours may incur a styling fee to cover preparation.
• Members may pause benefits for up to two months per year.

Garment Returns

• Garments sourced from partner boutiques follow the retailer�s return window.
• Items must remain unworn with original labels intact.
• We coordinate courier pickups when available through the boutique.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days.
